Orders, prices and payments

All steps to place an order can be found on “How to place an order and payment” on our shop on-line.
When placing the order, Terms and Conditions are incorporated as contractual relation with SUUS ZAPATERIA, S.L All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
In order to purchase you must be above 18 years old and have a credit or debit card number or bank account (please read the following section C for accepted payment methods.
When placing an order you agree that all details introduced are true and precisely, you are above 18 year old and an authorized user of the payment method you have selected and have enough to cover the purchase.  Our site allows you to check and verify your order to change any mistake before send it. Please, take your time to read and check your order on each screen of the purchase process, bearing in mind that you are responsible of the introduced information (style, quantity, colour, size and so on)
When confirming an order, you will get a e-mail confirming that you order has been sent. This is not the order confirmation but the information about your order. The contract will take force once the order has been accepted by our shop and you will received that confirmation by e-mail later on.
 

Price and availability

 
Despite all our efforts that all details, descriptions, prices that appear on our shop online are correct it may occur that some mistakes have been made. If we find some on your order we will inform you so you have the right to go ahead with the order or cancel it. If we cannot get in touch with you the order will be cancelled. If you decide to cancel, you will be fully refunded.
Prices showed on our web site include our VAT. Shipping fees are not included on our prices and will be communicate along with any other extra charges before confirm the order. Please read “shipping information” to check cost according each location. All shipping cost will appear before confirming the order and they will be included on the final amount to be paid.  When buying abroad EU, or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla , you may need to pay duties. We have no control on these duties or customs fees and you should pay them when getting the parcel. Please contact your customs office to check this issue before placing the order. If you return the purchase, any customs fees will not be refunded and you must claim on your customs office to get that taxes refunded.

Payments

We accept credit or debit card, bank wiring and PayPal. When placing the order we will apply for a pre-authorization of payment. The order will not be shipped till the final authorization has been proceed.
Once payment has been accepted, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation. If something is wrong when going trough this process we will also let you know.
 
 
 
In case of no availability of the selected product, payment is not accepted or if some of the criteria is not fulfilled, we have the right to refuse your order.

Shipping

An estimated delivery time will be announced upon your order confirmation.  We will do our best to meet that estimation but some circumstances out of our control can delay the delivery. We will try to solve the situation in any case but we will not be responsible of the delay.
Delivery time will be according your location, customs decisions, and so on. Therefore the estimated delivery time can be not accomplished.  In case that delivery failure because nobody is at the shipping address, our shipper will leave a notification stating how to proceed. 

International shipping

We could ship to almost all countries in the World but you can find them on our shipping section. Some countries have restrictions; therefore we recommend reading carefully this section before going ahead with an order.
If you place an order from abroad, you may be obliged to pay duties, please contact your customs office to get that information updated.
You must fulfil the laws and regulations on each country and we are not responsible for any circumstances coming from the breaking of these laws and regulations.

Refunds

Once the shop has received the item back, we will refund you by the same payment method that the order has been paid. Refunds may take 14 working days. Returned item or order will be refunded excluding shipping cost.
